Since its establishment, Model Housing’s goal is to be at the forefront of luxury real estate development. During our short span of a quarter, we have strived to build a reputation for delivering the highest quality properties in Pakistan with most innovative and vibrant township developments in planning.

Model Trade Centers (MTC)

MTC is a brand in the making. The very first project right at the front of one of the biggest fruit and vegetable markets in Punjab, MTC is coming up as a true choice for the people of business and commerce. Company is committed to delivering the Trade Center projects all around the city of Lahore on ideal locations for business.

The MUSTS in each MTC project are:

Model Housing understands and religiously follows the phenomenon of

Mix Use Towers

Our tower business model is based on a phased strategy of ‘Buy’, ‘Design’, ‘Sell’ and ‘Build’, supported by constant customer care and close control over the development process to ensure each property has highest quality possible.

The ‘Buy’ Phase

In this phase, we actively seek to purchase land in prime locations. When selecting land, the development team considers a number of factors including location of the land, whether it has scenic views, its proximity to amenities, the infrastructure availability and potential investment appreciation opportunities.

The ‘Design’ Phase

Once the group has secured development rights and contracted to purchase land for a particular development, the design phase begins. The objective of this phase is to create a development design that represents our luxury brand and optimizes the commercial viability of the development.

The ‘Sell’ Phase

During the ‘Sell’ phase, we contract to sell a certain proportion of the units in the development to customers ‘off-plan’ in managed stages following the launch of the new development to public. From the first expression of interest from a potential customer, the company implements its customer relationship management process. We have a dedicated sales team supporting customers’ needs. For example, it provides potential customers with ‘3-D walkthroughs’ and model apartments in order to give them tangible and ‘living experiences’ of products.

The ‘Build’ Phase

The final phase of Group’s business model is the ‘Build’ phase. Construction is provided by external contractors initially for enabling work and subsequently for main work. We maintain a highly qualified team of internal engineers, architects and design professionals who are intensely involved with the entire design construction process.
